Procopio attorneys Greta Proctor and Merrick Wadsworth will provide Title IX training for charter schools by webinar on January 29, 2025. This 100-minute webinar will briefly summarize the latest updates on an everchanging Title IX landscape, and is designed for your school’s Title IX team. That includes your Title IX Coordinator(s) and anyone at your school who could as Investigator, Decisionmaker, or Appeals Officer in a Title IX investigation.  

The webinar will be tailored to meet the federal requirements that apply to charter schools when they have knowledge of potential sex discrimination, as well as the grievance procedures for Title IX complaints. All attendees will receive a copy of the presentation materials, as well as Procopio’s updated Title IX checklist to help cross-check for compliance.
