Procopio attorneys Sara Neva and Jennifer Trowbridge have been named to the 2024 Woman of Influence in Law list by the San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ). These are just the latest in a series of recognitions for Sara, a partner in our Real Estate practice, and Jennifer, a Capital Markets and Securities senior counsel.

Sara’s practice involves real estate property purchase and sale, commercial leases and easements, joint venture formation and other equity investments, financing, land use and entitlements. Sara is experienced with developers, builders, lenders, borrowers, commercial real estate investors, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and commercial landlords and tenants. This is Sara’s fourth straight year earning this SDBJ accolade. She has for the last five years been named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in Real Estate Law. Other SDBJ recognitions include being named a 2020 Next Top Business Leader under 40 and a 2019 Leaders in Law Rising Star.

Jennifer focuses on a wide array of corporate law, including securities law, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and Exchange Act reporting and compliance. She represents public and private companies, investment funds and underwriters in regards to federal and state securities laws and investment and capital-raising transactions such as PIPEs, private equity, debt and venture capital transactions & SPACs. Earlier this month SDBJ named Jennifer to its 2024 LGBTQ+ Leaders of Influence list for the second straight year. She has achieved several other recognitions from SDBJ, including being named a Leader of Influence in Law in 2023. Jennifer has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for Securities & Corporate Finance.
