Yulian Kolarov

Yulian proactively advises companies on privacy, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and data compliance regulations. He also assists clients with a wide range of business disputes and litigation, including matters involving contracts, intellectual property rights (trademark, copyright, and trade secrets), real property, corporate governance, and partnership and business management disputes.
