Traci A. Kurtz

Traci supports several attorneys on Native American governancy, natural and cultural resources, environmental matters, as well as real estate acquisition, finance, and sales. Traci has over 20 years’ law firm experience.  Traci’s experience ranges from general property information gathering to supporting and organizing closing documentation for complex financings. She has successfully supported the approval of multiple nonprofit entities of their 501(c)(3) status.  Traci reviews business leases and abstracts the primary requirements for clients, and drafts essential documents for acquisition and sale of residential and commercial property.  She assists with multimillion dollar ventures, forms limited liability companies and corporations, and drafts the formation documents related to such entities.
