Paul M. Tyson

Paul counsels clients on a variety of business matters related to construction and litigation. He focuses on business and civil litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation representing general contractors, subcontractors and sureties. Paul also has extensive experience representing aviation and ground transportation corporate clients in product liability and tort actions involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death. Paul previously served as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy for ten years, flying armed helicopter reconnaissance and maritime interdiction missions during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
