Overview
Nick counsels clients with transactional, pre-litigation counsel and litigation, handling toxic torts, construction issues, catastrophic injuries, product and premises liability, and other commercial litigation. He works with landlords, developers and general contractors related to the Privette doctrine, which provides a shield from liability for onsite construction injuries suffered by employees of contractors. Nick drafts and reviews contracts for homebuilders, developers, landowners and others involved in construction projects across California.
