Linda solves complex legal problems for businesses and high net-worth investors. She has litigated IP and commercial matters in federal and California courts, in arbitrations, and before administrative tribunals such as ITC and PTAB. Linda has extensive trial experience and was a key member of a trial team that won one of the biggest verdicts in the history of patent litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, she advises high-tech and medical device companies on their IP portfolios, technology-based transactions, and legal risks in various business operations.
