Overview
Eva represents public and private employers with labor and employment counseling and litigation in areas including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour violations with individual plaintiff and in class actions. She brings clients experience representing both plaintiff employees and defending employers in single-plaintiff, class and PAGA representative actions in state and federal courts.
