Erica supports the firm’s charter school, nonprofit, and public agency clients on a wide range of operational issues. She is passionate about assisting schools in the intricacies of education law and special education compliance in particular. She also has experience in construction matters, including addressing mid-project issues such as change orders, mechanic’s liens, stop payment notices, and bond claims.
