Overview
Elettra provides clients international tax planning and related international services, particularly in the United States, Mexico and Italy. She assists in the development of business transactions, worldwide investment and financing structures, and planning for worldwide income, estate, and inheritance taxes. Before moving to the U.S., Elettra practiced law in Italy in the areas of litigation, commercial law, and intellectual property.
