Chen “Peter” Huang

Peter focuses on patent and trademark counseling, procurement, strategy planning and litigation support. He has drafted, filed and prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and foreign patent applications with an emphasis on electrical and mechanical arts. Peter has gained significant technical knowledge related to wireless communications (e.g., 5G NR, 4G LTE), consumer electronics, electronic systems, mobile applications, mechanical devices, computer architectures, gaming devices and automobile accessories. He also provides extensive and wide support for patent litigation, which includes preparing infringement and invalidity claim charts and analysis, performing prior art searches and providing client strategic consultation.
