Brian Maxwell

Brian leads Procopio’s Department of Human Resources and Talent Management. He brings more than a quarter-century of comprehensive HR leadership experience at the world’s largest professional services organization. He defines and executes creative, data-driven approaches to the most complex and highly sensitive business challenges.

As a former Managing Director for Deloitte, Brian was a member of a team of experienced talent professionals overseeing Deloitte’s global talent organization. Brian led some of global talent’s highest priority initiatives; consistently driving positive outcomes that directly contributed to the company’s success. The team focused on building a culture of inclusivity, aligned HR strategy with evolving business objectives, guided C-level execs through global crisis, led succession planning efforts, and developed new global policies.
