Aaron Wolmark

Aaron focuses on assisting clients with complex domestic and international technology transactions, supply, service and distribution agreements and licensing agreements, including companies in life sciences, consumer products, software and skilled nursing facilities. Aaron works closely with his clients to devise distribution strategies for their products and services and negotiates the terms of their distribution and licensing agreements. Aaron also manages risk for his clients by drafting terms of service and use and negotiating supply and service agreements. He brings clients experience as an in-house counsel at a molecular diagnostics company, where he drafted and negotiated a wide array of agreements that fostered collaborative research, product development and distribution, and intellectual property development and licensing. He also has experience drafting and negotiating licensing and other agreements with software and product developers.
