In 2024, over 1,000 bills were passed by the California Legislature and signed into law by Governor Newsom (and over 3,000 were proposed and not enacted). With the turnover of the federal administration, we expect more legislation to be proposed quickly in January. Of course, not all of these affect charter schools, but it can be hard to keep track! This webinar will serve as one resource to help charters understand which new laws they should be aware of and how those laws will affect their schools.
