Procopio Client Legend Smelting and Recycling was acquired by Elemental Holding Group, increasing the latter’s interests in the United States by adding a leading sourcing and green production of strategic metals with more than forty years in the business. Legend Smelting and Recycling’s facilities source raw materials from all across North America, with locations in Ohio, California, Illinois, Indiana and Texas.
