Congratulations to Procopio client and space-qualified computing and communications technologies innovator Blue Marble Communications on its acquisition by T2S Solutions, a provider of advanced technologies supporting U.S. defense, intelligence, and national security missions. San Diego-based Blue Marble supports the next generation of satellite constellations with technologies that enable more resilient and efficient data processing in space. The acquisition allows Blue Marble to increase R&D and expand production.

Procopio Mergers & Acquisitions co-leader Paul Johnson led the negotiations on behalf of Blue Marble, joined by Helen Goldstein, Kaitlyn Jensen, John Miles, Eric Swenson, and David Boatwright.
