Procopio has been awarded a 2025 Best of Legal® Award from ClearlyRated, which declared the law firm an industry leader in service based on ratings provided by Procopio’s clients in a comprehensive survey. Here are some highlights from the survey’s results:

• Procopio received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 84% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 49% in 2024.
• Procopio received a Net Promoter® Score of 80%, more than twice the 2024 industry average of 37%.

More than five hundred Procopio clients were provided detailed surveys on client satisfaction by ClearlyRated. A high percentage of clients responded, providing ratings on Procopio’s client service as well as detailed feedback. ClearlyRated’s Net Promoter Score was generated from the survey results.
