In a major success for client and wastewater management construction firm Infrastructure Engineering Corporation (IEC), it has successfully merged with Engineering News-Record Top 500 firm providing consulting and engineering services Ardurra Group. Procopio M&A attorney Jessica Lazur counseled IEC in the merger, in effect an acquisition of IEC by Ardurra.
