The event features ten sessions. In one, Procopio IP attorney Pattric Rawlins will discuss how IP due diligence when buying a company with a valuable intellectual property portfolio should be a critical part of the transaction. This session will cover how to engage with the internal business team to scope out the project and set expectations, how to manage outside counsel to conduct the comprehensive intellectual property portfolio diligence and provide actionable information, and thoughts on communicating with the team so appropriate business decisions can be made.
