Its Diversity Scorecard considers the proportion of attorneys in each AmLaw 200 firm who are minorities, double-counting partners to emphasize the importance of promoting minority attorneys, and compiles the figures into a uniform score.

The AmLaw recognition is not the only endorsement Procopio has received for its attorney diversity. The firm is also a Best Law Firm for Minority Attorneys with 150-299 attorneys according to Law360, defined as racial and ethnic minorities.
