John Alessio comes to Procopio from the San Diego law firm of Thompson & Alessio, LLP. Mr. Alessio is an accomplished business, employment, and real estate attorney with experience in civil jury trials, arbitration and mediation. He has assisted companies of all sizes with their formation, corporate and employment compliance, business litigation, and business and real estate transactions. Mr. Alessio has also been involved in cross-border litigation and transactions.
