San Diego, CA – The San Diego law firm of Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP is pleased to announce that Adele C. Noon has joined the firm as an associate on the Intellectual Property Team. 

Ms. Noon joins Procopio from the San Diego office of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP.  Prior to law school, Ms. Noon worked as a registered patent agent with Conley Rose, P.C. in Houston, Texas, where she prosecuted patent applications across a broad spectrum of industries including catalysis, petrochemical refinement, separation technology, computer hardware, acoustic lodging, drill bit technology, photonics, tissue engineering and nanotechnology.  She also has experience working for Tepha, Bodycote IMT, Polaroid, and NutraSweet Kelco.      Ms. Noon’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting foreign and United States patent applications in various areas including telecommunications (signal antenna interference cancellation, OFDMA, and CDMA technology), computer software and architecture, signal processing, electronic circuits, computer security, networking architecture and software, and medical devices.  She earned her S.B. in Materials Science and Engineering in 1999 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received both her M.S. in Electrical Engineering (2006) and her J.D. (2007) from the University of Iowa.
