David P. Wolds Selected for Attorney Advisory Group of Associated Builders and Contractors of America

San Diego, CA – The San Diego law firm of Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP is proud to announce that partner David P. Wolds has been selected as a charter member of the Attorney Advisory Group of the Associated Builders and Contractors of America.   

Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is a national association representing nearly 25,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms in 78 chapters across the United States.  ABC's membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry and is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.  The Attorney Advisory Group for ABC is an assembly of attorneys from around the country who specialize in labor and employment law.

David Wolds provides clients with ongoing labor and employment law consultation. He has represented clients in collective bargaining negotiations, trust fund collection and damage suits under Sections 301 and 303 of the Labor-Management Relations Act, NLRB proceedings involving elections and unfair labor practices, wrongful discharge litigation, federal and state wage and hour cases, discrimination and harassment claims and constitutional challenges to public works set-aside programs.  Mr. Wolds also assists clients in the establishment and administration of ERISA covered employee benefit plans.  He teaches labor law and employee benefits law courses at the University of San Diego School of Law.
