Pitfalls Every Employer Needs to Know

November 20, 2008

7am-9am

Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce
5934 Priestly Dr.
Carlsbad, CA 92008

Program Overview

You take risks everyday in your business.  Don't let your employment practices turn into an unnecessary risk.  Employees are well-educated--you need to be, too. This seminar will expose the many pitfalls of employment law in which many employers unwittingly get trapped--including common but illegal pay practices, employee (mis)classification, common mistakes related to leave and vacation pay, and cost cutting corners that end up costing employers time and money.  Both large, small and start-up businesses will find this seminar useful and informative.
