Program Overview

Over the past 10 years, the construction process has become increasingly complex. This program focuses on the risks and benefits common to a construction project. It addresses the steps that can and should be taken to avoid pitfalls and problems inherent in the construction process.

This program is intended to benefit all persons who want to have a better understanding of today's complex construction process. It will examine the roles, responsibilities and perspectives of each of the parties. It will provide a thorough overview of construction projects, identify common contract-related issues and considerations, and offer practical tips for dispute avoidance and resolution. Attendees will also learn the fundamentals necessary to implement a successful construction program - one that helps each party reap the benefits and opportunities while avoiding the pitfalls and minimizing their risks.
