Does the Firm pay for parking or provide a transportation allowance?
Yes. For those working Downtown, the Firm currently provides paid parking in a downtown parking garage near the office. For those working in Carlsbad, the Firm provides on-site parking at no cost to employees. For those employees that prefer to take the Trolley, in lieu of paid parking, the Firm provides a monthly Trolley pass.

What is the firm’s policy on casual dress?
Our offices are business casual Monday thru Thursday, and permit jeans on Friday. Employees are expected to wear appropriate business attire if they participate in a client meeting.

Does Procopio support transfers and promotions within the Firm for future openings?
Yes. The firm encourages our employees to pursue internal openings.

Are the positions listed current?
All regular exempt and non-exempt job openings are posted on our Web site. Jobs will remain posted until the position is filled. Job postings are updated on a regular basis.

How can I find out more about Procopio’s compensation and benefits package?
We have provided a general overview of our compensation and benefits package. More detailed information will be made available to final candidates prior to or with an offer of employment.

How do I submit my resume?

Can I send a resume even if I don’t see an opening that fits my background?
Procopio only accepts resumes for current openings. If you don’t see something in your field today, check back periodically. You can apply for an opening online at www.procopio.com/careers.

How long does it take to fill a position?
Depending upon a variety of factors, it can take on average, anywhere from 10 to 45 business days to fill an opening with the most qualified candidate. This time frame includes the time needed to post the opening, review resumes, perform phone screens, conduct face-to-face interviews, perform reference and background checks, and make a hiring decision.

When will I hear something about the position I have applied for?
We will only contact those candidates who best meet the requirements of the position to offer the opportunity to interview for the position. We may respond back to all candidates once a final decision has been made.
