During their first few days on the job, new employees attend a detailed orientation and training program relevant to their position in the firm.  Throughout the year, Procopio offers professional development programs for all paralegals and staff. Our professional development program continues to evolve, bringing the latest seminars and training to the professionals at our firm.  In an effort to gauge career growth within the firm, Procopio conducts annual formal evaluations with each staff member.
