Position available for tax attorney with seven to eight or more years experience with nonprofit and/or governmental finance and employee benefits. The ideal candidate would have experience with: (i) establishing and administering employee benefit and deferred compensation plans, including 403(b), 457 and PERS; (ii) advising lenders/issuers on tax aspects of tax exempt bonds, leases and notes, including conduit, general obligation and revenue bonds; and (iii) advising charitable organizations on corporate structure, obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status under state and federal laws. California bar admission and excellent academic credentials required.
