Valuable guidance and training is essential to the professional development of our attorneys.  At Procopio, we have designed an attorney development program that combines a sophisticated legal practice with a forward-looking series of mentoring and training programs.

We believe knowledgeable attorneys contribute to the strength of our firm, and we have devoted significant resources to enhancing and developing our training program.  Our Attorney Development Committee is responsible for designing wide-ranging training opportunities at each step of an attorneys's career.  Each opportunity concentrates on interactive, hands-on training that make certain that Procopio attorneys are current on recent legal developments in each of the firm's practice areas.

Education and Professional Development

Our Attorney Development Committee works with the firm’s practice group leaders to develop programs that provide CLE and CPD credits on a wide variety of basic and complex legal topics.
 

Attorneys Retreats

Procopio holds an annual retreat for all of our attorneys. This retreat is focused on delivering the firm and practice group business strategies, business development and team-building exercises, and providing attorneys with a better understanding of the career paths offered at the Firm.
