Wendy Tucker's practice focuses on employment counseling and litigation with an emphasis on public agencies and health care entities. Ms. Tucker's practice encompasses all phases of litigation before state and federal courts, including discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial, writs, and appeals. She has also represented clients before various administrative agencies including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California State Teachers' Retirement System and the Department of Alcohol Beverage Control.
