Vessela Stoyanova’s practice focuses on finance and corporate matters. She has experience representing state and local agencies, investment banks, letter of credit and liquidity banks, private companies, and nonprofit corporations in a range of tax-exempt municipal financings and private placements. - Assisted in the representation of the underwriters and the letter of credit banks in an auction rate securities refunding for a county issuer
- Assisted in the representation of a city issuer in lease revenue and pension obligation bond financings

Ms. Stoyanova received a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University in 2002. She received her law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005. While at Santa Clara, Ms. Stoyanova served as Editor-in-Chief of the Santa Clara Law Review and The Advocate.
