- West Coast counsel for worldwide electronics company in real estate related matters including negotiation of build-to-suit lease for television research and development facility; negotiation of two building leases totaling approximately 200,000 square feet for use as a digital video disc manufacturing facility; negotiation of build-to-suit leases for manufacturing and development facilities; negotiation of leases for numerous West Coast divisional offices; and negotiation and preparation of construction and consulting contracts.

- Representation of downtown San Diego property owner as borrower in approximately 15 securitized loans made by Wall Street lenders with an aggregate total of $50 million
- Representation of individual and entity borrowers in real estate loans ranging from $1 million to $35 million
- Representation of nationwide restaurant chain in site acquisition, development, construction and operation issues
- Representation of local property owner in the acquisition, financing, development and subsequent sale of large apartment complexes
- Representation of trustee in bankruptcy in the sale of 12 large developed and undeveloped properties in North San Diego County
Education, Distinctions & Community Involvement
Todd E. Leigh received his undergraduate education in economics from the University of California at Berkeley and law degree in 1967 from Boalt Hall at the University of California at Berkeley. He was admitted to practice in the California and federal courts in 1967. He is a frequent lecturer to real estate lawyers and the real estate industry. Past National Chairman of the American Diabetes Association and avid ultra marathoner, he remains active in the community and interested in life. He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
