Education, Distinctions & Community Involvement
Steven J. Untiedt received his undergraduate education in political science from the University of Iowa, where he graduated class valedictorian and Phi Beta Kappa in 1977. He received his law degree in 1980 from the UCLA School of Law. He was admitted to practice in the California and federal courts in 1980. Mr. Untiedt is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Untiedt currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem, San Diego Superior Court, Small Claims Division. He also serves as a judge in the annual NASDAQ-SDSU international business plan competition, and on the board of advisors to the Entrepreneurial Management Center at San Diego State University.
