- Represented numerous start-up technology companies in their formation and successive rounds of venture capital financing.
- Represented a venture-backed chemical engineering company in successive rounds of bridge loan financing.
- Represented a publicly traded wireless telecommunications equipment manufacturer in numerous PIPES financing transactions and various aspects of federal and state securities regulation.
- Assisted in the representation of the seller in a $85 million management buyout of a payroll processing company.
- Assisted in the representation of the buyer in a $50 million purchase of substantially all of the assets of a golf ball manufacturer.
- Assisted in the representation of a privately held pharmaceutical company in its $40 million merger with a publicly traded acquiror.
- Assisted in the representation of the buyer in its acquisition of an electronic bill payment software company.
Education, Distinctions & Community Involvement
Mr. Lee received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History and Government and graduated cum laude in 1998. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he received his J.D. in 2001. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
