Ms. Lau received her B.A. in History from the University of British Columbia in 2001. After graduating from the University of British Columbia, Ms. Lau relocated to San Diego where she obtained her M.P.I.A. (Master of Pacific International Affairs) with a specialty in International Trade with China from the University of California, San Diego in 2003. She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007. Ms. Lau was admitted to practice law in California in 2007. She is a member of the Pan-Asian Lawyers Association (PALSD).
