Aiko Osugi is a member of Procopio’s Environmental, Land Use and Governmental Affairs, Native American and Health Care Practice Groups. Ms. Osugi advises a variety of public and private sector clients regarding environmental, land use and water law issues.

Prior to joining Procopio, Ms. Osugi practiced in the area of environmental regulation as an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. She served as a law clerk for the Hon. Ralph Dau and the Hon. Ernest Hiroshige of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, as well as for the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California, Civil Division. She has also served as a legal extern to the California Department of Water Resources in Sacramento and a summer associate with Baker, Manock & Jensen in Fresno.
